1. Who We Are

TenseAi is an intelligent agent platform developed by RecoilLife Pvt. Ltd., an Indian technology company focused on building automation-first solutions for working professionals, entrepreneurs, and enterprises. Our mission is to eliminate repetitive digital work by offering cutting-edge AI tools that think, act, and assist like human collaborators.

Through proprietary systems like CAW-RP (Contextual Aware Wired – Robotic Process), TenseAi enables users to automate complex tasks across desktops, browsers, and enterprise systems – transforming how individuals and businesses interact with technology.

We are committed to developing safe, powerful, and efficient AI agents that empower users to focus on creativity, decision-making, and growth- while TenseAi handles the grind.

2. Registration and Access

Minimum Age: You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age required in your country to consent to use the Services. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to use the Services.

Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information to register for an account to use our Services. You may not share your account credentials or make your account available to anyone else and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you create an account or use the Services on behalf of another person or entity, you must have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

3. Using Our Services

What You Can Do

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may access and use TenseAi and its associated services. In doing so, you agree to follow all applicable laws and regulations, as well as our Usage Guidelines, Sharing & Publication Policy, and any other rules, documentation, or instructions we provide.

You may use TenseAi for personal, educational, or authorized business purposes, provided your use is lawful, ethical, and aligned with these Terms.

What You Cannot Do

You may not use our Services for any illegal, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized activities. For example, you may not:

• Use TenseAi in a way that infringes, misappropriates, or violates any person’s or entity’s rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
• Modify, copy, lease, sell, sublicense, or distribute any part of the Services or software, unless expressly permitted.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code, internal logic, or underlying systems and models used in TenseAi.
• Automatically or programmatically extract data, responses, or other output from TenseAi.
• Misrepresent AI-generated output as human-generated when it is not.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services, including by circumventing rate limits, usage restrictions, or security mechanisms.
• Use any output from TenseAi to build or train competing AI models or services.

Third-Party Services

Some parts of TenseAi may include or rely on third-party tools, software, or data (“Third-Party Services”), and may generate content using them (“Third-Party Output”). These are governed by their own terms and policies, and RecoilLife Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for their performance, content, or reliability.

4. Content & Output

Your Content: You are responsible for the Input you provide and the resulting Output (“Content”). You represent that you have all the necessary rights to the Input.

Ownership of Content: You retain ownership of your Input. Subject to applicable law, RecoilLife assigns to you its rights in the Output.

Accuracy: TenseAi uses machine learning and may generate inaccurate or incomplete Output. You must evaluate all Output for accuracy before using or relying on it.

Do not use Output to make decisions with legal or material consequences for individuals (e.g., credit, employment, medical, or legal matters).

5. Intellectual Property

RecoilLife and its affiliates retain all rights in the Services. You may only use our branding in accordance with our Brand Guidelines.

6. Paid Accounts & Billing

Billing: You agree to provide accurate payment information. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. Taxes will be applied where required. Access may be suspended for failed payments.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription anytime. Payments are non-refundable unless required by law. Price changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You breach these Terms or policies.
• We are required to do so by law.
• Your use could cause risk, security issues, or legal harm.
• Your account has been inactive for over a year (if unpaid).

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a purpose, and non-infringement. Use of Output is at your sole risk and is not a substitute for professional advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, RecoilLife and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of ₹8,000 or the amount paid by you for the Service in the past 12 months.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you in full.

11. Dispute Resolution

Arbitration: You and RecoilLife agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration. You may opt out within 30 days of account creation.

Informal Resolution: Before arbitration, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally.

Arbitration Forum: Disputes will be resolved under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Proceedings will be held in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Class and Jury Waivers: Disputes must be resolved individually. Class actions are not permitted. You waive the right to jury trials.

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated, please contact:

Your complaint should include:

• An electronic or physical signature of the authorized representative.
• Description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Location of the infringing material on our website/services.
• Your contact details (address, phone, email).
• A statement of good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the info is accurate and you are authorized to act.

13. General Terms

Assignment: You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. RecoilLife may transfer its rights.

Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
