2. Google API Services Data Usage

TenseAi uses Google OAuth 2.0 to connect Google accounts.

When users connect Google Drive:

• We request permission using Google Drive scopes.
• We create or modify Sheets only when initiated by the user.
• We do not access arbitrary files.
• We do not access Gmail or Contacts unless authorized.

Limited Use of Google User Data

We use Google user data strictly for user-requested functionality.

We do NOT:

• Use data for advertising
• Sell Google user data
• Share data for unrelated third-party use
• Train general-purpose AI models using Google data

Users may revoke access anytime via Google Account Security Settings.

11. Google API Services User Data Policy

Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance TenseAi's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other application will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

12. Google Workspace Data

When users connect their Google Account, TenseAi may access Google Drive, Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Forms only after the user's explicit authorization. We access only the minimum data required to provide the requested functionality.

13. Purpose of Access

Google data is used only to import files, export reports, send emails, create drafts, manage spreadsheets, schedule calendar events, and perform AI automations requested by the user.

14. No Advertising / AI Training

Google user data is never sold, shared for advertising, or used to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models

15. Account Disconnect

When a user disconnects their Google Account, TenseAi immediately stops accessing Google data. OAuth credentials are securely deleted according to our retention policy.

16. OAuth Security

OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are encrypted both in transit and at rest using industry-standard security controls.
